• Amgen™ Oncology Assistance is a multifaceted array of assistance programs that will include a “cap” on out-of-pocket drug expenses for cancer patients receiving Vectibix™ (panitumumab)

Physicians and patients can call 1.800.272.9376, where a specialist will assess their case and direct them to the appropriate component of the program.

Vectibix™ (panitumumab) Cap:
Regardless of income or insurance status, once a patient’s out-of-pocket expenses for Vectibix™ (panitumumab) exceed 5% of that patient’s household adjusted gross income (AGI), he or she may enroll in the SAFETY NET® Foundation.

SAFETY NET® Foundation:
Allows access to Amgen products for uninsured patients with household annual AGIs up to $75,000.

Referrals to Colorectal CareLine:
This resource, provided by PAF with support from Amgen, creates access to a variety of support services for all colorectal cancer patients, regardless of therapy.

Referrals to Co-pay Assistance:
Amgen supports independent third-party foundations to assist patients with high out-of-pocket costs.
