AMG 714
AMG 714 is a fully human monoclonal antibody directed against interleukin-15 (“IL-15”) that is being developed under an agreement with Genmab A/S. IL-15 blockade has potential utility in a wide variety of inflammatory diseases including rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis. Dosing of healthy volunteers with AMG 714 in a phase 1a clinical study has been completed. A multi-dose study of AMG 714 in psoriasis subjects is on-going.
